Your day is not a “photo shoot”, but a once in a lifetime event that we want you to be fully present for. With that in mind, we try to naturally capture your day as it unfolds with subtle prompts to help your memories become artfully framed heirlooms.

Our Process
Initial phone call - We get to know each other. You tell me your vision for your wedding day and what you are looking for in your wedding photos.
Booking - At booking we require a 30% retainer to reserve your date from future bookings and we send over a contract for both of us to sign. Once both are complete, your day is in our calendar. The final balance is due 3o days prior to you wedding date.
Tips - We send over wedding planning tips, timeline guidance and a wedding day questionnaire. The questionnaire helps us get to know, not only you, but your family and their dynamics. It helps us plan your family shot list so no photo is missed on your wedding day and helps us know any particular traditions, people or items that are extra special and a “must have” photo moment.
Engagement Session - From location, to outfits, to time of day, we help you plan your engagement session to make sure that it’s stress-free and fun. This your time to really show who you are as a couple.
2-1 month prior to wedding - We work with you or your planner to ensure that you timeline is well structured giving you time to enjoy your day and plenty of time to get stunning photos.
1 month-2 weeks prior to wedding - We finalize your family shot list, timeline & wedding day photo must haves. I send over my finalized wedding itinerary for you to approve.
Week of to Day of your wedding - Relax, you are in good hands. We know what is important to you and will be working all day of your wedding to ensure everything is taken care of. We want your day to be stress-free, relaxed and your literal dreams come true.
24-48 hours after your wedding day - You receive a 50-75 images gallery of your wedding (just a little preview to share on social media, with friends & family)
4-6 weeks after your wedding day - Your receive your fully edited gallery. If your collection comes with a usb, it is sent that week. If your collection comes with an heirloom album, we start creating that as a team. You tell me your fav photos, I put them all together with some additional ones to tell your love story.

How do I book with Gillian LeBrun Photography?
-All we require is a signed contract and a 30% retainer.
How long will it take to get my images?
-You will get a digital preview of 50-75 images within 48 hours of your wedding. Your final gallery will be delivered in around 4-6 weeks.
Engagement galleries take up to 3 weeks.
How many images will I get?
- We like to say 75 images per hour or more.
How many photos will be edited?
-All of your images that we deliver will be edited for exposure, color correction and sharpened for print. We believe in only providing a fully finished product.
Can I post my pictures on social media?
-YES! Please share away! Why take pictures if you can’t show them off, right? All of our weddings collections come with full print and sharing rights.
When is the best time to photograph?
-For engagement session we recommend 2 hours prior to sunset. On wedding days we always look for dreamy light, the time of day doesn’t matter. However we do always suggest making sure there is a little time in you timeline for sunset photos.
Engagement Sessions
I truly believe that engagement sessions are a very important and fun way for us to get to know one another. You get to learn how I will pose you and what cues I will use. I will get to know you both and find what makes you feel most comfortable in front of my camera. Engagement photos help take away the awkward feeling of photos on your wedding day. They also give you even more timeless images to use on your wedding website, save the dates, guest book and to hang in your home.
